Ingredients1 pkg. Namaste Foods Spice Cake Mix
8 Tbsp. butter (she uses dairy-free)
4 Tbsp. canola oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup coconut milk (amount of milk can be lessened if needed)
2 tsp. chai spice
2 Tbsp. coconut milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 oz. cream cheese (she uses dairy-free)
1 cup powdered sugar
Amount desired of spiced granola
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease donut pan.
- In a large bowl, add ingredients one by one, mixing to combine after each addition. Pour batter into donut wells, filling to about 1/4 inch from top. Place in the oven and bake approximately 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool.
- In a small bowl, whisk together coconut milk, cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar. Once donuts have completely cooled, dip them into the glaze, set on a wire rack, and top with spiced granola!
