Savory Sweet Grape & Cheese Muffins

Perfect recipe combination of savory and sweet from our own Ruth. Thanks for sharing Ruth! Makes about 15 muffins


1 pkg Organic Quick Bread & Muffin Mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup melted butter or oil
3/4 cup milk, any kind
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1 cup white cheese, cubed


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease muffin tin or add paper liners. Fill cups about half full of batter.
  2. Halve grapes and cube cheese. Press a few pieces of grapes into the middle of muffin, then add a cube of cheese. Cover with more batter.
  3. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Makes about 15 muffins.
