Ingredients3 tbsp. Namaste Italian Herb Seasoning Coating Mix
1 15 oz. can white beans, drained (your favorite variety will do)
2/3 cup yogurt (or sour cream)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend for 2-3 minutes until the dip is relatively smooth. Refrigerate for at least one hour before service.
- Add a tablespoon or two of pesto if you happen to have some around.
