Ingredients1 Namaste Foods Pizza Crust Mix
2 medium garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
6 tbsp. olive oil, divided
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 tbsp. shredded parmesan cheese, divided
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves, roughly chopped
1/2 tsp. dry basil leaves
1/2 cup Kalamata or black olives, sliced
14 oz. can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
- Make crispy pizza crust as directed on Pizza Crust package; bake additional 5-7 minutes after flipping. Place on wire rack while adding toppings.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic, parsley and 4 tbsp. olive oil. Spread evenly over pizza crust. Sprinkle with mozzarella and 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese.
- Toss artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, olives and basil with remaining 2 tbsp. olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Arrange the mixture on top of the cheese. Sprinkle remaining parmesan on top.
- Bake additional 10-15 minutes. Slice and serve hot.
