Focaccia Bread

Makes 1 loaf


Namaste Bread & Roll Mix
1 whole egg
3 egg whites
1/4 cup oil
1 cup warm water
1/2 tsp. each: oregano, thyme, rosemary fennel seeds, black pepper, granulated garlic
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1-1/2 tablespoons olive oil


  1. Prepare bread mix according to package directions. Place dough in a lightly oiled 8” x 12” sheet pan and spread batter to edges of pan. Using wet fingers dimple the dough in classic focaccia pattern (see image).
  2. Cover dough lightly and rest for 30 minutes in a warm spot. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. Combine your favorite herbs and spices with olive oil.
  4. Uncover focaccia and liberally drizzle herb and oil mixture over the top of the dough. Sprinkle with 1​/​4 teaspoon of salt over the bread and bake for 27 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
