Chocolate Chip Cookies

Makes about 5 dozen cookies.


2 1/2 cups Namaste Foods Perfect Flour Blend
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup butter, softened (2 sticks)
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups gluten free chocolate chips (12 oz. pkg.)
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, sugars and vanilla in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts (if using). Drop by small rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 2 minutes then remove to wire racks to cool completely.
