Carob Cookie Dough Blondies

1 pkg. Namaste Blondie Mix
1 cup Canola oil
3 eggs
1/2 cup hot water
1 carob (or chocolate!) bar chopped into fine chunks


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine eggs, oil and hot water.
  3. Whisk in blondie mix until all lumps are gone. Stir in carob or chocolate pieces.
  4. Grease a 9x13 pan, and pour in blondie mixture.
  5. Bake for around 35 minutes (slightly underdone for cookie dough texture).
  6. Let cool and enjoy!
