Salted Caramel Brownies
Ingredients1 pkg Organic Dark Chocolate Brownies
1 or 2 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter, coconut oil or other oil
1/2 cup hot water
24 individually wrapped soft caramels
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon sea salt
- Heat oven to 325° F and prepare pan and brownie mix as instructed on back of box. Set aside.
- Place milk and unwrapped caramels in microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then in 10 second intervals, until easy to combine.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top of brownie batter.
- Bake as directed. Remove from oven and sprinkle with sea salt. Cool brownies completely before cutting.
