Pasta Pisavera Skillet
Ingredients1 pkg. Namaste Foods Pasta Pisavera Dinner
15 oz. can chopped tomatoes, undrained
1 package (2 cups) frozen ‘Normandy’ vegetable blend or similar, thawed
optional (or use 2 cups any combination of fresh chopped zucchini, yellow squash, broccoli, green beans blanched for 2 minutes)
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain, rinse with cool water and set aside.
- While pasta is cooking, heat pasta seasoning, vegetables and chopped tomatoes in skillet until hot. Add pasta.
- Heat through, season to taste and serve. Top with shredded Parmesan cheese if desired.
- For a little extra protein add 1 can drained tuna or 1 cup chopped, cooked chicken or turkey.
