Choconut Cake with Coconut Fudge Frosting
Ingredients1 package Namaste Foods Chocolate Cake Mix
2/3 cup coconut oil
1 ½ cups water
1 Coconut Fudge Frosting (ingredients below)
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut (more or less to taste)
1 package prepared gluten free chocolate frosting
- Heat oven to 350° F. Lightly spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray.
- Combine all ingredients in bowl. Beat with electric mixer or by hand until blended well.
- Bake for approximately 35 minutes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Frost with Coconut Fudge Frosting.
- Frosting directions: Combine frosting and coconut until reaches desired consistency.
- Frost and enjoy!
