Nutty Buffalo Fish
Ingredients1 3 oz. pkg. Hot 'n Spicy Seasoned Coating Mix
4 6 oz. skinless fish fillets (cod, tilapia, salmon, ect.)
1/3 - 1/2 cup minced nuts, any kind
1 bowl milk (any kind), water or beaten egg for dredging
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine Hot 'n Spicy Coating Mix and nuts in a bowl that is suitable for dredging. Dip fish fillets in milk (or water or a beaten egg) and then dredge in coating mix. Place fillets on sprayed baking sheet, piling any extra coating mix on top of each fillet. Generously spray top of fish with cooking spray. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until center of fish is opaque (time will vary based of thickness of fish). Spoon bleu cheese dressing on fish as it comes out of the oven. Enjoy!
- Boneless skinless chicken works perfectly in this recipe, too. (Adjust cooking time as necessary). Small bite size pieces make for perfect party food!
