Ingredients1 package Namaste Foods Sugar Free Muffin Mix
½ cup oil
¾ cup water
¼ cup cornmeal
1 tsp. fresh garlic, minced fine
1 tsp. gluten-free cajun seasoning
- Preheat a deep fryer or pot of oil to 375° F. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Carefully drop batter by the heaping tablespoon into oil and fry for 5-7 minutes until golden brown, turning as necessary.
- Drain on paper towels, sprinkle with salt if desired and serve immediately.
