Muffin & Scone Mix
These muffins are light and airy with a sweet taste. Have them for breakfast or a snack. They are great any time of the day! Add fruit or spices and suddenly, you've got variety. Now you can make scones, too!
Sweet brown rice flour, cane sugar, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, arrowroot powder, rice milk powder, citrus fiber, cream of tartar, baking soda, salt, ground vanilla bean.
Just add eggs, oil and water or fruit juice. Our egg replacer works well with this mix.
Size: 1 lb. mix
Yield: One mix makes approximately 12 muffins
